GME Investments is a real estate investment and development firm focused on value creation for its investors through the acquisition, development and redevelopment of properties in the Mid-Atlantic and southern United States.  Every project is funded through capital from private equity firms, high net worth individuals and subscription based commitments from its members.  Due to the wide range of capital sources and banking relationships, GME is able to match the right investors and financial structure to each investment.

Current ownership interests of investment members include assets in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.  GME is expanding through the acquisition of existing buildings and ground up development sites.
